  I'm very pleased with the work and the quality of product I received from Big Bob's Flooring Outlet. Admittedly we had a glitch, but it was a manufacturer issue, and Big Bob's (specifically Sydney) worked with them on resolving the issue, and getting new product down. I know she stayed on it daily, and she answered every question and update I requested. Ultimately, my floors look awesome, and I'm super pleased. The installers were attentive, respectful, and hard working. It's all the more rewarding to have lovely floors at a fair price! I highly recommend....Read More Read Less
