Finding Apartments For Rent Near Texas Tech University

The first thing you’ll want to consider when finding apartments for rent near Texas Tech University is how long it will take to get there. If your commute time is longer than 20 minutes, then you may want to look for housing closer to campus. Living further away from campus makes it difficult to get to class on time, and you may also have to spend more on gas than your budget can handle. If you’re searching for apartments for rent near Texas Tech University visit Capstone Cottages of Lubbock at https://capstonecottages.com/.

Clean and great environment for college students

I’ve been a resident for over a year, I’ve already signed to stay another year. I’ve overall have had a great experience with capstone however there’s a couple minor changes that have occurred. They aren’t hidden fees however there is a few fees being incorporated from now on. They’ve also closed the office on Saturday and Sunday so you’re unable to pickup packages over the weekend. Other than that everyone has been awesome along with the maintenance crew too. I live with friends and we all signed together, so that also makes it an enjoyable experience.
